Once you fix your time , you say that to an admin and at that time the match will be schedule according to the time you are both available. If you chose for exemple to play from 6pm to 7h pm , and one of you are not here in time, the Available team will have to play against any other team that is in the tournament , the win will give to that other team the possibility to get the rewards over other teams for disponibility after the tournament End.
